FOR KIDDICODE PROJECT ATTENDEES;
GENERAL;
These Terms&Conditions sets out:
- your legal rights and responsibilities;
- our legal rights and responsibilities; and
- certain key information required by law.
- ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means KiddiCode Project; and
- ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to donate or buy services and goods from us.
- “Goods” means products or services we offer.
KiddiCode Project is a Unincorporated Not-for-profit Sssociation, registered address is 7 Leopold Road, London, SW19 7BB, UK.
We will always aim to act in the best interest of our beneficiaries.
When using our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.
Before you proceed a donation, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us.
PERSONAL INFORMATION-
Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy (available here), which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
CHARITABLE DONATIONS-
By processing a donation via our website (www.kiddicode.org.uk), you are offering to donate a chosen amount of money subject to the following terms and conditions.
Your donations will be used to benefit our beneficiaries in line with our charitable aim.
There is a small payment processing fee for payments by card 20p + 1.4% for UK cards, 20p + 1.1% for EEA area, and 20p + 2.9% for international cards.
You are responsible for ensuring that you can afford to donate your chosen amount.
Please read and check your donation carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it.
When you place a donation at the end of the check-out process (by clicking “Place Order”), we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your donation. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your donation. We may reject your donation in limited cases, such as if your donation is in conflict with our values, if it breaks the law or we believe you might lack capacity to make the decision to donate.
In order to enter into contract with KiddiClubs you must be over 18 years of age. KiddiClubs retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
PAYMENT-
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
Payment can be made via our secure check out pages using your credit or debit card (details of accepted credit or debit cards are provided during the checkout process). You can also pay using ApplePay and GooglePay. Card charges will appear on your statement as “KiddiCode Project”.
You may also pay with cards issued outside of UK. Please note that currency conversion rates and charges may be applicable by your card issuing bank. Check these charges with your issuing bank.
When placing a donation you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card or bank account used to place your donation and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the donation.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.
Note: By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place a donation specifying the use of this payment card.
You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.
FOR KIDDICODE PROJECT ATTENDEES;
PRODUCT SUITABILITY-
Our KiddiCode Coding Clubs are suitable for ages 8 and above who are comfortable with using computers.
These age limitations apply unless stated differently. Find suitability criteria in our FAQ’s.
We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise), or of any third party download or any equipment you may use.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS-
Check system requirements HERE for coding club before you apply. You are required to follow the instructions for installing the software or any other instructions we may provide.
In order to attend our clubs you will need access codes for our classes. You are required to login to our platform for coding clubs.
We will send you instructions with access codes by email before start of club. If you have not received it a week before your clubs starts or please check your email spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it please contact us by email, phone or messenger via Facebook. You can also find installation instructions HERE.
We cannot be held responsible if you fail to act according to our instruction or ensure you have received the relevant login information.
THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE-
Where we ask a parent/guardian to download or use any third party software to enable your child to attend our classes, the parent/guardian is responsible to consent their child to use the relevant software and to agree with any terms and conditions with the relevant software or service provider. Responsibility over use of the software and license agreement remains with the parent/carer.
We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by a third party download, software or website.
MATTERS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL-
If we are not able to run the club as scheduled due to matters outside our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the club for an alternative date. Matters outside our control may be but are not limited to following; Internet or mobile network is down or under maintenance, electric power cut, equipment or software failure.
GENERAL;

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to process any donations that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, payment terms, or return policies.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION-
KiddiCode Project complies with Code of Fundraising Practise.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
If you are unhappy with any matter, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we are not able to resolve your complaint in a satisfactory manner, you can make a complaint to:

GOVERNING LAW-
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-
Intellectual property on this site is protected by international copywrite laws. You may not copy, download or in any other way extract or use the content of this website without our written permission or unless we have stated clearly it is freely downloadable.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS-
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Last updated 9th April 2022.
